Ans. Training is the process of increasing the knowledge and skills for doing a particular job. It is an organized procedure by which people learn knowledge and skills for a definite purpose. It basically bridges gap between job requirement and present competence of an employee.

Q 2). Differentiate between education and training?


Ans. Training is the process by which aptitude, skills and abilities of an employee to perform a specific job is increased.

On the other hand education is the process of increasing general knowledge and understanding of an employee.
